Job Title – Maintenance Engineer – Steelmaking
Industry – Manufacturing
Pay Rate – $24- $38.50/hr
Shift: 1st Mon- Fri 6am - 4pm ( times could change and should expect 4 or 5 ten’s a week)

As a maintenance engineer in Steelmaking at Cleveland-Cliffs Steelton, you will work with the latest technology to help us develop new and improved steels that are used in making our world faster, stronger and more sustainable. Job Duties
Maintain plant process control systems. Engineer and implement process control system improvements. Work with operating departments in developing and implementing process or mill improvements. Work safely and assure plant safety policies are followed. Assist plant electrical and mechanical technicians in troubleshooting.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 3-5 years Industrial/manufacturing mechanical & electrical maintenance. Good troubleshooting and team building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to lift more than 25 pounds on occasion. Climbing, kneeling, bending, stooping, walking, use of hands, etc. is required.Advancement opportunity- Yes, always opportunity to move into new roles.
