**Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** Responsibilities will include but not be limited to property curb appeal, routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times, handling resident service requests, on-call responsibility, working on make-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, appliance repair, boiler and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, grounds clean-up, ice and snow removal, and other projects and tasks as requested. **Hard Skills** + property maintenance + preventative maintenance + appliance repair + boiler troubleshooting + HVAC repairs + lawn mowing + grounds clean-up + snow removal **Soft Skills** + problem-solving + attention to detail + time management + communication + responsiveness **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in NA, New York. **Work Environment** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
