About You and This Role: As the Stratton Ridge Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing reliability for both Dow and Olin assets that provide feedstock to multiple businesses across the Freeport site. You will share responsibility and accountability for the plant assets, personnel and achievement of the plant related business goals. Responsibilities: + Supports EH&S engagement, particularly in the field and in the areas of personal safety and compliance. + Provides a clear focus on creating a highly reliable organizational culture and the elimination of unplanned events by implementing reliability and maintenance services and solutions. + Provides coaching and feedback to other maintenance team members. + Acts as a primary back-up to the Maintenance Leader. + Implements and provides on-going support of the Maintenance Procedure Use Policy at the facility. Ensures that all maintenance employees comply with all applicable elements of the policy. + Participates in developing the maintenance budget to support the maintenance strategy. + Develops maintenance operating discipline. + Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions. + Primary RCI facilitator for the organization + Serves as facility GMISS focal point Required Qualifications: + A minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking OR Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class ranking. + A minimum of six years of relevant experience. + Must have the ability to work comfortably and safely at elevated heights. Candidates must be familiar with, or willing to undergo training in, the proper usage and maintenance of safety equipment to ensure safe movement and operations at heights. + Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
