Maintenance Engineer

Annual Wage Range: $80,712.80  - $110,980.10 
Other Compensation:  Eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive program and other applicable bonuses

Final salary and compensation will be based on several factors including candidate qualifications and experience, geographical location, market, and business considerations.

Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with other engineers, maintenance and purchasing to coordinate production setups with a focus on scheduling to ensure timely set ups. Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is highly organized, experienced with engineering software, and who understands the need for being customer focused.

Responsibilities Coordinate with process engineers, maintenance, and purchasing to plan processes in advance of setups. Advise the maintenance manager on the size and scope of upcoming set-ups to assist with manpower planning and priority setting. Assist as needed with planning of parts for capital and specialty projects not related to set-ups. Use mechanical strengths to standardize/improve solids loading for the site. Generate auto-cadd drawings for specialty machined parts and work with local machine shops and on-site mechanics to have these items manufactured. Backfill for maintenance manager Physical Requirements and Environment Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required 2-5 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications Proficient with auto-cadd Benefits
