Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Building maintenance knowledge, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry and use of hand tools and power tools is required. Inspection of location conditions, grounds, roofing, and general spaces and identifying any safety deficiencies and correction of the items. Periodically available for after-hours emergency calls. Must have valid driver's license.
Reports to the Director of Facilities.
