**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** Respond to and complete tenant work orders. Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs of all building HVAC equipment including but not limited to boilers, air compressors, air handlers, self-contained units, rooftop units, cooling towers, pumps, fans, motors, and all associated controls, gauges, and sensors. Conduct water treatment testing to ensure proper chemical levels in chilled water, condenser water, and hot water systems. Perform weekly checks and exercising of fire pumps and emergency generators. Paint mechanical rooms, equipment, and piping as well as perform minor carpentry work. **Responsibilities** + Respond to and complete tenant work orders. + Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs of all building HVAC equipment. + Conduct water treatment testing to ensure proper chemical levels in chilled water, condenser water, and hot water systems. + Perform weekly checks and exercising of fire pumps and emergency generators. + Paint mechanical rooms, equipment, and piping. + Perform minor carpentry work. **Essential Skills** + CFC Universal certification + Experience in commercial building maintenance + Knowledge of HVAC systems including HVAC motors, scroll compressors, rotary compressors, heat pump maintenance, and condenser coil maintenance. + Experience with boilers, chillers, and air filters. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with computers and mobile phones to generate and respond to emails and texts. + Ability to work as a team member and provide oversight and mentorship to less experienced team members. **Why Work Here?** We are a family-owned company that offers a positive company culture with company events.
