Category: Kalmar Facility: Operations / Assembly Location: Stargard, PL Maintenance Engineer Purpose of the position Ensuring the continuity of work and the proper technical condition of machinery, equipment and tools. Main tasks and responsibilities + Management and improvement of maintenance processes; + Supervision and maintenance of industrial installations; + Maintenance, repair and upkeep of assembly machinery, equipment and tools, including: + Planning and implementation of periodic preventive/service maintenance; o Ongoing rectification of breakdowns and faults; o Removal and replacement of broken tools; o Working at height; + Safeguarding of machinery during production interruptions; + Approval of new machinery and equipment; + Preparation and completion of technical documentation; + Supervision of UDT documentation and inspections; + Registration of new equipment with the UDT; + Operation of special vehicles; + Operation of crane and lifting equipment in accordance with qualifications; What you’ll need to succeed Requirements: + Technical education (preferably in Mechanical or Electrical fields) + Experience in a similar role within a production environment + SEP certification up to 1 kV + Familiarity with CAD systems and basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems + Conversational English proficiency - B1 Preferred: + Knowledge of ERP systems and 3D design tools + SEP certification up to 15 kV preferred + PLC programming skills and familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies Interested to join?
