Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Job Description

- Repair, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machines with Mitsubishi, FANUC, and Siemens controls.- Repair, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machines mechanically, with a strong emphasis on spindles and motion axis.- Repair, optimize, troubleshoot, and modify 6 Axis Robots and automation systems using Siemens PLCs.- Understand power distribution (480VAC and lower).- Collaborate with manufacturer tech support (Mitsubishi, FANUC, and Siemens).- Provide effective phone support to technicians.- Teach technicians skills related to CNC, robotic, and automation systems.- Communicate and work professionally with production supervisors.
