Expertise of mechanical maintenance engineer who have the capability to address electrical control issue of NC system, PLC system, device communication include industry computer, servo, and interlock between automatic device, continuous improvement on reduce down line of equipment and OEE for the production line.
Job Responsibilities• Equipment down time analysis and improvement.
• Daily troubleshooting and improvement to maximize machine running time.
• Created and maintain regular preventive maintenance system with certain guidance and maintain records.
• Schedule and execute regular PM tasks and routine work order.
• Response for spare parts preparation and management.
• Leading and training existing or new technician.
• OEE improvement action execution.
• Automation engineering background, Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10+ years working experience on work in automatic industry.
• Experience on Siemens or Rockwell(AB)/Siemens PLC system is preferred.
• Experience on digital control system management is preferred.
• Experience on TPM knowledge is preferred.
• CET-4 English level, with fluent speaking and listening skills.
