The position is geared toward an entry level Engineer with a willingness to grow within the company. 

What You'll Do Work in various roles within operations team to learn equipment, processes and procedures from start to finish. Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback. Interact with technical engineers and non-technical operations personnel to integrate new technologies and update existing systems, as well as provide technical troubleshooting support to operations. Improvement projects from design through installation and start-up. Assist in maintaining and improving process systems, including programmable logic controllers, process communications networks, and human machine interface equipment. What You'll Need Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required. SAP experience a plus. Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication. Shows a safety-first mindset; recommends improvements to make the workplace safer for self and others. Willing to learn about the steel industry and steel-making process; enjoys tackling new challenges. Is organized and shows attention to detail, with a "get it right the first time" mindset. Demonstrates dependability in work completion and flexibility in schedule to meet business needs. Your Education Bachelors Degree required Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred 4-Year ABET Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
