**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Engineer, you will start each morning by attending a shift meeting to discuss the day's plan. You will receive a list of preventive maintenance tasks to complete and will be responsible for quickly responding to calls from the production team. Typically, you will complete 3-4 preventive maintenance tasks per day. **Responsibilities** + Attend daily shift meetings to plan the day's tasks. + Complete 3-4 preventive maintenance tasks per day. + Respond promptly to calls from the production team. + Perform maintenance on conveyors, bearings, shafts, sprockets, and pneumatics. + Troubleshoot electrical issues using a multimeter. + Perform maintenance tasks on 480V motors. + Understand and work with PLCs and VFDs. + Perform welding tasks as needed. + Follow GMP standards in a food and beverage manufacturing environment. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical skills. + Basic understanding of electrical systems. + Experience using a multimeter. + Knowledge of conveyor maintenance. + Understanding of PLCs and VFDs. + Experience in welding. + Understanding of hydraulics. + Familiarity with GMP standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food manufacturing. + Bilingual skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a fun and flexible work environment. Openings are available on the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm, Monday-Saturday) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am, Sunday-Friday). The company plans to transition to 12-hour shifts with a 4-on, 3-off schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
