**Maintenance Engineer**
**Job Description**
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on essential facility systems, including HVAC, water-for-injection (WFI) systems, boilers, compressed air systems, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, WFI, boiler, and compressed air systems, ensuring compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent support for production and lab processes.
+ Maintain and service water-for-injection (WFI) systems.
+ Manage and maintain compressed air and steam systems.
**Essential Skills**

+ Compliance with cGMP standards
+ Environmental monitoring systems (EMS)
+ Building automation systems
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, ideally in a cGMP or regulated environment.
+ Hands-on experience in maintaining HVAC, WFI systems, boilers, and compressed air systems.
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00
