Summary:

Responsible for repair and maintenance of all interior and exterior related equipment / building components of structures and departmental equipment.  Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed Repair all plumbing problems which include water, chiller, cooling tower, drains and natural gas, etc. Complete work orders in tower rooms to ensure our guests are comfortable; i.e. ensure air conditioning and heating are working properly, all bathroom facilities function properly Install new layouts for all Gaming Tables as required Walk daily routes throughout the public and non-public areas to ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition Make all repairs as necessary Re-lamp throughout the Hotel and Casino as necessary Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment Ability to perform basic math Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff Able to work all shifts (Days, Swings, Graves)
