**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Maintenance Engineers will arrive each morning and attend a shift meeting to discuss the plan for the day. They will receive a list of PMs (Preventive Maintenance tasks) to complete and be responsible for quickly responding to calls from the production team. Maintenance Engineers are expected to complete 3-4 PMs a day. **Responsibilities** + Attend daily shift meetings to discuss the day's plan. + Complete a list of preventive maintenance tasks (3-4 PMs a day). + Respond quickly to calls from the production team. + Perform conveyor maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues. + Use a multimeter and wire 480v motors. + Understand and work with PLCs and VFDs. + Weld and work with hydraulics. **Essential Skills** + Experience with conveyors, bearings, shafts, and sprockets. + Strong mechanical skills. + Basic understanding of electrical systems. + Ability to use a multimeter. + Experience with 480v motor wiring. + Knowledge of PLCs and VFDs. + Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding skills. + Experience in the food and beverage industry. + Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). + Bilingual skills. + Food Manufacturing experience is nice to have. **Why Work Here?** Family-owned company with great management and a fun, flexible work environment.
