**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer**
**Job Description**
As a Facility Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for regularly inspecting and servicing building systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, fire alarms, and more to identify potential issues before they become major problems. You will also manage the building automation system, monitor and adjust building systems through a computerized control system, and address maintenance requests by fixing issues like leaky faucets, broken light switches, clogged drains, malfunctioning doors, and minor electrical repairs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect and service building systems including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, and fire alarms.
+ Manage and monitor building automation systems through a computerized control system.
+ Address maintenance requests and perform repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, broken light switches, clogged drains, and malfunctioning doors.
+ Perform routine checks of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential damage.
+ Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs completed, parts replaced, and work orders.

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
