Maintenance Engineer
**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Our company manufactures sunroofs through a highly automated process that includes PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and pneumatic assembly machines. The role requires a versatile technician who can handle both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors. The position also involves connecting to PLCs with laptops, reading ladder logic, and troubleshooting robotics. Experience in machining and fabricating jigs and fixtures, as well as welding, is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors. + Connect to PLCs with laptops and read ladder logic for troubleshooting. + Troubleshoot and maintain robotics and automated systems. + Machine and fabricate jigs and fixtures as needed. + Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment. + Handle PLC troubleshooting using Allen Bradley Control Logix. + Work on motor control, conveyor maintenance, and conveyor systems. + Perform welding and fabrication tasks. **Essential Skills** + Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting + Electrical troubleshooting + 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience + Experience with PLCs, including Allen Bradley Control Logix + Ability to read ladder logic + Experience with robotics, including Fanuc robots **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machining and welding experience + Familiarity with Siemens PLCs + Experience in fabrication + Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures **Why Work Here?** During the contract period, you will receive health insurance after the first week.
