**Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This job description serves as a guide to ensure better communication, clear expectations, and understanding of the role of Industrial Maintenance Technician. All responsibilities have not been included, and supervisors may occasionally ask the Maintenance Engineer to perform other related duties not specifically included in this description. This description will be reviewed annually by the Department Manager and revised if needed to meet business needs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and make repairs and/or adjustments on all types of equipment and building infrastructures.
+ Correct mechanical, electrical, hydraulic problems and report concerns to shift Team lead if not possible to resolve.
+ Make recommendations on required changes to existing and new tooling, prototypes, and fixtures to ensure better quality parts.
+ Maintain, inspect, repair, and/or adjust trim fixtures, assembly fixtures, support equipment, etc., to ensure employee safety and product quality.
+ Follow documented processes for MRO parts sign-out and part removal.
+ Adhere to lockout/tag out procedures and safety rules 100% of the time.
+ Ensure the supervisor is continually and fully informed of all job-related matters and actively communicate job information to other personnel concerned, thereby eliminating misunderstandings.
+ Contribute to a work environment free from harassment, where fairness, equity, and non-discriminatory practices are standard.
+ Adhere to the Quality Policy and Environmental Policy as they relate to ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) / ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) / IATF 16949 (AQMS).

Clean plastic injection and blow molding facility. The environment is not temperature controlled but has good air flow and working conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Kentucky.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00
