**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery. The role involves working on mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics. You will be responsible for following a preventative maintenance schedule, reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics, and repairing, maintaining, and installing electrical and mechanical equipment. Additional duties include wiring 3 phase motors, replacing and troubleshooting VFDs, and maintaining conveyor systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of industrial machinery
+ Repair of hydraulics and pneumatics
+ Follow a preventative maintenance schedule
+ Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
+ Repair, maintain, and install electrical and mechanical equipment
+ Wiring of 3 phase motors
+ Replace and troubleshoot VFDs
+ Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs
+ Repair and maintain conveyor systems
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with 480v electrical systems
+ Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ PLC troubleshooting
+ PLC programming
+ Experience in welding, conduit work, and continuous improvement
+ Background in electrical maintenance and building maintenance

**Work Environment**
This position involves working 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am. You will work in a clean production environment with over 150 employees and a mix of newer and older equipment. The schedule alternates as follows: Week 1: Work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Week 2: Work Wednesday and Thursday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NORTH JACKSON, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00
