**Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and machinery are operating efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Diagnose and resolve issues with Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure seamless operation of automated systems. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on 208V 3-phase electrical systems to maintain optimal performance and safety. Accurately document all maintenance activities, including tasks performed, parts replaced, and any issues identified, using the Maintenance Connection Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Safely work with 24V electrical systems, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Perform maintenance and repair of packaging machines to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Maintain and repair conveyor systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow. Troubleshoot and repair labeling machines to ensure accurate and efficient labeling of products.
