About the Role
Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment (including software programming). Includes people management and budgetary/cost reporting.

Formal Lean training in TPM Tools. Kaizen, and other key Lean tools and methodologies.Knowledge of PLC Systems.Knowledge of automation and control methods.Knowledge of high and low voltage Systems.Computer knowledge (Auto cad, Office: Word, Excel.)Intermediate English (Technical reading and conversation).BS Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.Lean Manufacturing.5 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.5 years of previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor.3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.3 years of prior experience in Project Management.3 years of prior experience in Wood products and CNC Machines (a plus).Works standing 80 % of the time.Demands effort to analyze, diagnose, and plan.Take advance and important decisions which will have consequences for the CompanyKnowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001)What is Nice to Have
