Job Description
The maintenance engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient monitoring, repair, preventative and predictive maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes. The role involves taking samples, running tests on products, and working with a computer throughout the day.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and repair plant equipment.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, and seals.Remove and align motors.Take samples and run tests on products.Operate and troubleshoot boilers, ensuring safety and efficiency.Use standard hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, and tape measures.Drill into the PLC as needed.Maintain accurate and timely maintenance logs.Work with a computer to monitor systems and input data.Essential SkillsBoiler Class 2B License (preferred)6 months of experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.Experience working with conveyors, pumps, and seals.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Experience using standard hand and power tools.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
