Introductie

 

De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren bijna 3000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Jouw ideale job?

 

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de registraties en onderhoudsspecificaties van machines en installaties met het oog op standaardisatie en goede onderhoudbaarheid. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert preventieve onderhoudsplannen. Je identificeert en voorziet in de beschikbaarheid van de nodige kritische onderdelen (spare parts). Je volgt kritische storingen op en zorgt voor een onderbouwde root cause analyse. Je formuleert hierbij voorstellen tot verbetering om de performantie van de installatie en het onderhoud ervan te optimaliseren. Je ontwikkelt en wijzigt werkmethodes binnen onderhoud met als doel de efficiëntie te verhogen en de interventietijd te verminderen. Je volgt voortdurend de technologische veranderingen betreffende technische installaties en onderhoudsmethoden op, zowel intern als extern. Je werkt cross-functioneel samen met andere afdelingen om vanuit technische kant prioriteit te geven aan veiligheids- en kwaliteitscases.

Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische context en bent dus vertrouwd met de werking van elektromechanische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen. Je bent hands-on, actiegericht en denkt proactief teneinde snel tot een werkbare oplossing te komen. Je bent een teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt zowel binnen je eigen team als cross-functioneel. Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en je spreekt/schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Engels. Je bent gedreven en je wil graag je horizonten verruimen. Je bent iemand die goed het overzicht kan bewaren en tegelijkertijd zeer gedetailleerd technisch zaken kan onderzoeken. Dit is jouw moment om te stralen!
