**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for new tenants. Your duties will include patching, spackling, painting, changing out light fixtures, replacing broken shower bars, installing new vanities, fixing leaky faucets, and replacing toilets. While extensive experience in all areas is not required, a well-rounded skill set is preferred. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs in vacant units to prepare for new tenants. + Patch, spackle, and paint walls. + Change out light fixtures and rewire fans. + Replace broken shower bars and install new vanities. + Fix leaky faucets and replace toilets. + Conduct minor plumbing repairs. + Handle HVAC repairs and maintenance tasks. + Perform drywall repairs and general labor tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
