Job Title: Maintenance Foreman
 
Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman to join their team in Koedoeskop, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including mechanics, electricians, and plumbers Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities as needed Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Train and mentor maintenance staff Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a maintenance or supervisory role Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
