Job Overview:

As a Grounds Maintenance Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property's outdoor spaces and grounds.

Your Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaping by cutting grass, trimming bushes, and edging along walkways and driveways. Remove debris, weeds, and litter to ensure clean and safe outdoor areas. Inspect and repair irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering of plants and grass. Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting flowers, mulching, or removing snow and ice. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and effectively. Monitor outdoor facilities for hazards or needed repairs and report them to the appropriate personnel. Provide support during outdoor property events or special projects as needed. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance. Familiarity with equipment like riding mowers, edgers, hedge trimmers, and blowers. Knowledge of basic horticultural practices and irrigation system maintenance is a plus. Must comply with OSHA guidelines for equipment use and chemical handling. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual abilities are an advantage. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs using appropriate safety procedures. Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Operate tools and equipment requiring repetitive hand and wrist movements. Safely climb ladders and perform work at heights when necessary. Schedule: Thursday - Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM What We Offer:
