Job Description An employer is looking for a Maintenance Lead (2nd shift). This individual would be managing 10-12 skilled trades people - mechanics (air, pneumatics, hydraulics) and electricians. Will run maintenance breakdowns and troubleshoot/repair equipment. Project planning and preventative maintenance over the weekend. Need to be able to help troubleshoot and hold people accountable. Will be responsible for a section within the plant. Managing breakdowns, troubleshooting, predicting breakdowns, fixing problems faster, tracking cycles between failure - typically a root cause for it, determine problem to avoid next time. Skills and Requirements Associates degree or relevant years of experience being an electrician by trade, journeyman, pipefitter, machine repairman, etc. 5+ years of mechanical/electrical tradesman experience Experience reading and finding parts for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints Experience with machining concepts - CNC machines, lathes, grinders, drilling & machining, etc. 1+ years of experience overseeing projects/managing a team of people Strong communication & problem solving skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical related Robots or robotic programming null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
