Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Handyman to join our Team to ensure excellent communication skills and prompt resolution to all maintenance requests.   The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to tackle minor repairs and maintenance requests timely and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role.  Familiarity with various power tools and maintenance equipment.  Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience w/general handyman work, minor repairs, and routine maintenance.  They must have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.  In addition, they must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
