**Job Title: Maintenance Helper** **Job Description** A liquid propane gas company is looking to grow their maintenance team with a Maintenance Helper on their 2nd shift. **Responsibilities** + Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues + Assist with troubleshooting basic electrical issues + Read and interpret prints + Assist the production team when needed **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Basic understanding of troubleshooting + 1+ year of mechanical experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level maintenance or conveyor experience is a plus + Experience in construction or farming is beneficial + Electrical understanding is nice to have, but not required + Willingness to work outdoors **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop under an experienced maintenance technician. Enjoy a schedule that allows for Friday to Sunday off. **Work Environment** The work environment is a covered building with open doors, providing an outdoor feel. Conditions can be very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, as the area is not climate-controlled. The shift runs from around 4 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
