**Job Title: Maintenance Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team at the Leadbetter Facility. In this role, you will assist with preventive maintenance on lifts, as well as handle various facility maintenance tasks related to the building, racking, and powered systems. **Responsibilities** + Assist with preventive maintenance on lifts. + Perform facility maintenance on the building, racking, and powered systems. + Troubleshoot maintenance issues as they arise. + Operate forklifts as needed for maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with preventive maintenance (PM). + Mechanical inclination. + Background in automotive or facilities maintenance. + Troubleshooting skills. + Forklift operation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience at Maintenance Tech I or II level. **Why Work Here?** We offer a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package upon conversion.
