Our client, Harsco Rail is seeking a Maintenance Helper at **$22.70** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. **Job Title: Maintenance Helper** **Location: Ludington, MI** **Pay Range: $22.70 an hour** **What’s the Job?** + Applicant must have the ability to learn the assembly and functions of the various machines and have ability to assemble from prints and sketches. + Must be in good health and physically fit to withstand outside work in all weather and work under and on top of the various machines, etc. + The Company will require physical exams where deemed necessary. + The flexibility of being able to move inventory, if needed. + Applicant must be capable of working from complicated wiring diagrams for assembling cable assemblies and electrical subassemblies. + Working knowledge of soldering procedures for quality products. + Requires ability to trouble shoot from wiring diagrams to determine wiring error component failure. + Must have electrical background or experience and/or mechanical experience or background. **What’s Needed?** • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2-3 years hands on training in Electrical or Electronics and/or Mechanical **What’s in it for me?** + Full time position **$22.70 an hour.** + Long term position that can lead into a permanent position as an Electrical or Mechanical Assembler + Health, dental, vision insurance + 401K + If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
