Maintenance Helper (DOT) Schedule: 11pm - 7am

T** his position is covered by the CBA for Local 99 The Maintenance Helper will change Lightbulbs, perform minor repair duties as assigned by supervisor. This position requires **work hours from 11PM to 7AM.** Days off – off Sunday morning at 0700 and return to work Tuesday evening at 11 PM. **Duties & Responsibilities:** Replaces Light bulbs and performs maintenance under the supervision of assigned supervisor. Assist under direct supervision: • With maintenance and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical • With architectural and structural building components; interior and entrance doors and related components • Floor systems, roof systems, and windows. • Performs preventative maintenance functions which include but not limited to filters, cooling towers, heating and cooling coils, cleaning floor drains • Other duties as needed **Qualifications:** + 0-2 Years in the maintenance field experience required + Must be able and willing to work a schedule of 11PM to 7AM. (Days off – off work Sunday morning at 0700 and return to work Tuesday evening at 11 PM) **Physical Demands:** + May perform services from ladders, scaffolding, and platforms. Works with systems and equipment in hard to reach places requiring standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and climbing in tight and uncomfortable positions. Occasionally they may lift items up to 50 pounds. Work is performed inside and outside and is usually dirty and greasy.
