**Description** **Purpose/Scope:** **This position provides direction to other mechanics and electricians.** **ESSTENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following: + Perform troubleshooting and maintenance + Complete work orders + Able to work around raw food product + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications: (Required/Desired)** **Skills & knowledge needed for the effective performance of essential job functions:** + Able to read, write, and speak English + Capable of working without direct supervision + Able to climb, stoop, kneel, and bend + Able to frequently lift 50 lbs. + Ability to work with others in a team environment + Basic mechanical ability + Capable of working 5 to 7 days a week + Able to make quick and correct decisions + Speed, consistency, and accuracy in tasks, meeting precise standards + Interpersonal skills sufficient for working closely with others on a team + Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment, performing a variety of frequently changing tasks + Ability to perform effectively under stress in situations dangerous to self or others. **Education Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent
