Job Title: Maintenance/HVAC Lead

Job Description

The HVAC/Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for monitoring equipment, overseeing repair tasks, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing equipment performance. You will oversee two other maintenance technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed, as well as perform your own maintenance tasks throughout the day.

1st shift: 7a - 5p Monday - Friday

Training schedule: 5a -5p Monday - Friday for first 3 days.

Will be on call every 3rd weekend after 90 days. Guaranteed 4 hours of pay if called in

Pay Range: $30-32/hr

ResponsibilitiesBuilding and mechanical repairs & maintenance consistent with OSHA standardsPerform general and preventive maintenance of electrical systemsRepair small machinery, and assist with repairs of equipmentMaintain heating and plumbing systemsInspect alarm systems and schedule needed repairsAssist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systemsLiaison with third-party service providers as requiredSupervise and direct the daily activities of maintenance personnelReassign resources to respond to changing prioritiesAdditional duties assigned by managementEssential SkillsIndustrial mechanical troubleshooting/repairBuilding maintenanceLeadership abilityElectricalHVACPlumbingPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00

Hendrix Genetics provides full medical, dental and vision health benefits. Deductible as low as $500. They also offer a 401k plan. They have 6 paid holidays per year, 16 hours of floating holiday, and will pay double time for holidays worked. 40 hours of PTO after 6 months, additional 40 hours of PTO after 1 year. Over time will get 96 hours, and can max out at 120 hours of PTO.
