Maintenance/HVAC Technician – CVI – Independent Living at Hartsfield Village (Community Healthcare System)

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time - 5 days per week, Monday – Friday · 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Rotating On-Call

Areas of Responsibility:

Seeking individual to perform routine HVAC maintenance on Trane R. T. U. Units, Fan Coils, boilers and chillers.  Basic electrical and plumbing experience helpful. Ability to read electrical schematics a plus.

Qualifications and Experience:

2+ recent years of HVAC experience required EAP Refrigeration Certification Required Knowledge on Trane R.T.U. Units, Fan Coil Maintenance Knowledge on closed loop boiler and chiller systems Knowledge on Variable drive pumps maintenance Knowledge of removal and installation of equipment a plus Knowledge of Commercial Kitchen equipment a plus Basic electronic change order knowledge a plus Basic computer skills Ability to communicate effectively and have great people skills
