We are seeking a full-time caretaker to oversee our Harbor Heights housing complex in Sackets Harbor.

Responsibilities will involve general maintenance duties, including lawn care, snow removal, cleaning, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, and preparing apartments for new tenants. The role requires light to moderate lifting and daily interaction with residents.

Additional tasks may include conducting apartment inspections and following up with hired contractors to ensure the quality of services such as trash removal, extermination, and other maintenance work.

Qualified candidates must have a valid NYS driver’s license.

Salary for this position ranges from $17.32 to $19.05 per hour, based on experience.
