Maintenance Inventory Clerk - Essex, VT
As a Maintenance Inventory Clerk you will coordinate inventory processes to ensure accuracy to tactically support Keurig Dr Pepper maintenance and, ultimately, all of operations. You will also assist in the rebuilding of mechanical components and other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Crew Leader. You will be an active participant in KDP’s TPM structure, working on a team to drive critical improvements. You must be able to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division associates with authority to initiate action. This role assists and supports maintenance and engineering in various capacities, including rebuilding machine assemblies, spare rebuilds, emergency maintenance and engineering projects.

Set up, update, and manage maintenance inventory data in SAP MRP systems.Review minimum/maximum levels and generate purchase requisitions as necessary.Perform weekly cycle count activities and report results.Assist in identification and sign-out of parts in support of maintenance technicians.Develop resources to support preventative maintenance activities.Handle shipping and receiving needs of maintenance departmentCoordinate inventory transfers between KDP sites; track and report off-site inventory items and consignment itemsWork with current and potential supply vendorsCoordinate with Finance and Inventory Control to ensure regulatory compliance (i.e. SOX).Using PeopleSoft, SAP, and MS Excel, assist in the systematic reporting and review of existing inventory unneeded, non-economical items, or old versus new (e.g., obsolete, low usage, expensive, locally available, etc.). In particular, evaluate parts usage to identify repetitive repairs and part failures.Organize inventory locations to enhance convenience for maintenance techs. Total Rewards Pay starting at $23.43 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.60 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.Where Applicable:
