Temporary position$17.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Tuesday through Thursday from 08:00am to 02:00pm)**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Tuesday** - Clean the front deck with a blower. - Windex tabletops in four front conference rooms. - Tidy other conference rooms and tables. - Power on the computer and check messages. - Organize in-basket files. - Transport boxes from the lower hallway to the shed. - Replaced cooler water as needed. - Take out trash and more.
**Thursday** - Clean the front deck with a blower. - Vacuum the waiting area. - Windex tabletops in four front conference rooms. - Ensure other two conference rooms are neat. - Check computer for messages. - Organize in-basket files. - Take boxes to the shed if needed. - Take out trash.
Maintenance/Janitor Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication.Organizational skills.friendly demeanor and be able to work well with coworkers.Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment or snow removal equipment Skills to make minor repairs (drywall repair, paint restorations, etc.)Ability to work independentlyAbility to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventoryAbility to perform maintenance checks on Sump pumps Problem-solving skillsComputer knowlegdeApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
