JOB SUMMARY
The role will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems for the IKO Seville (Blair Rubber) production facility. The role must also help ensure the safety of themselves and others by observing all local, state, and national electrical codes.

Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, distribution and control equipment at the plantWorking with computers, line drive and PLCs and other technical schematicsOrganizing work area, tools and partsManaging assigned work orders while complying with all safety rules, including lock, tag, and verifyWorking in a team setting with other maintenance personnelWorking with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environmentMakes necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Able to provide certificate/card of Journeyman statusMinimum of five years maintenance experience in a plant setting or associates degree in Industrial Electrical MaintenanceKnowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs and programmingProficient in diagnosing and testing motors and motor control circuitsExperience with various instrumentation sensors and transmittersMust be able to work with computer-based maintenance softwarePossess superior analytical and troubleshooting skillsBenefits of Employment: Blair Rubber Company recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
