The Job You Will Perform:

Utilize proficiency in SAP for maintenance documentation, planning, and reporting. Exhibit self-motivation to work independently while maintaining productivity. Support emergency repair needs with demonstrated success in critical situations. Apply advanced knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to diagnose and address issues. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems at an intermediate level. Perform proficient welding tasks, ensuring structural integrity and functionality. Execute intermediate motor control tasks, including installation and maintenance. Understand and apply instrumentation fundamentals to monitor and calibrate equipment. Conduct advanced electrical troubleshooting for system repairs and diagnostics. Utilize advanced fabrication and manufacturing techniques to produce or repair components. Apply knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) fundamentals for equipment programming and troubleshooting. Demonstrate boiler fundamentals knowledge for maintenance and operation. Dismantle, repair, and reassemble major units of operating equipment with precision. Order parts efficiently and ensure timely procurement for ongoing maintenance needsThe Skills You Will Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent Mechanical Journeyman or Technical/Vocation Certificate preferred Advanced Hydraulic and Pneumatic Knowledge: Ability to diagnose, repair, and optimize hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Intermediate Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in identifying and resolving mechanical system issues. Proficient Welding Skills: Capability to perform welding tasks ensuring structural integrity and operational functionality. Instrumentation Fundamentals: Understanding of monitoring, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems. Electrical Troubleshooting: Skill in conducting advanced diagnostics and repairs of electrical systems. Fabrication and Manufacturing: Expertise in advanced techniques for producing and repairing components. PLC Fundamentals: Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers.
