Job Title: Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee and train a team of 2-4 technicians while handling advanced electrical troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial maintenance, including both mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment.

ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between technicians and the manager.Train and mentor maintenance technicians.Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on plastic injection mold machines, robots, automated lines, and other automated equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance throughout the facility.Work off of blueprints and schematics for maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with safety protocols such as Lockout/Tagout procedures.Handle facilities maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical work, shoveling, and salting.Log information and gather intel for maintenance reports and parts using a computer.Essential Skills1 year of experience as a Maintenance Lead.5 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting.Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Strong troubleshooting skills.Commitment to safety protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in maintenance supervision.Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (though not required to touch PLCs or controls).Basic computer skills for logging maintenance information.Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

1st shift: Monday to Friday, 6:50am-3pm. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Opportunities to work weekends if desired. Work involves various automated equipment in different facilities within Walworth and Janesville. Basic tools are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00
