Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Maintenance Lead (2nd Shift). The core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The hourly rate for this position is $38.94 per hour. What you’ll do:Eaton’s B-Line Division is currently seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to join our team. This position is based at our Sherman, TX facility.
The Maintenance Team Lead is a working lead, who directs the assignments of the team to ensure goals are met. Wage for this role is Associate 4 plus a lead pay bump. Core hours for this position are on 2nd shift.
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.ABB robotic weld cell trouble shooting and programming experienceHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institutionMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered.

Perform critical jobs or tasks within the department to cover manning shortages as needed.Strong technical background.
