We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.Diagnose and fix electrical malfunctions, including replacing faulty components, rewiring, and repairing control circuits.Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.Interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.Essential Skills:TroubleshootingMechanical/Electrical knowledgeComputer skillsSafety awarenessHydraulicsPneumaticsRepairMotorsElectrical maintenanceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a lead role in maintenance/electrical.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.Why Work Here?:

Work Environment:
You will be working on-site with over 60 team members. The role operates on the 1st shift for the warehouse, from 7AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on weekends.
