The Maintenance Lead is foremost a leader and responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.

JOB SUMMARY:\nThe Maintenance Lead is foremost a leader and responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.\nESSENTIAL DUTTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nChecking machinery and assigning repairs and upgrades to technicians as needed\nEnsuring that all assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner\nWorking on specified projects and being accountable for completion\nTroubleshooting and solving any machinery issues that arise in plant\nScheduling team and overseeing performance\nParticipating in daily meetings with other shift leaders and management\nTraining of new team members\nInteracting with clients and vendors in a professional manner\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nThe requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job. The employee frequently is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. \n \nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes.
