**Job Title: Maintenance Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Lead. This role involves performing all the duties of a Maintenance Technician while also leading and supervising other Maintenance Technicians on the shift. The compensation is dependent on experience and will be discussed during an in-person interview if selected. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise the maintenance team on the assigned shift. + Ensure all maintenance tasks are logged and tracked within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Oversee the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion by the Maintenance Technicians on the shift. + Troubleshoot minor electrical problems, such as blown fuses and shorts. + Detect unusual sounds from machines indicating malfunctions. + Install piping systems using PVC, stainless steel, and/or iron pipe. + Install machinery and equipment according to specifications. + Repair and maintain centrifugal and pneumatic pumps. + Weld metal parts using TIG or arc welding techniques. + Fabricate or modify equipment using hand tools, such as saws, drills, and grinders. **Essential Skills** + Preventive maintenance + PLC troubleshooting + Hydraulics and Pneumatics + 480v troubleshooting + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical repair + Blueprint and schematic reading + Hand tool usage + Production changeover + Mechanically inclined + Preventative/corrective maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic repairs + Experience in MIG, TIG, or STICK welding/fabrication + Experience with 120v-480v single and 3 phase electrical systems, 3 phase motors, AC/DC drives, fuses, relays, and switches + Basic PLC troubleshooting with an understanding of ladder logic **Why Work Here?** Enjoy weekly pay with paydays every Friday! Please note that the Dip Spin process uses chemicals and acids that create an 'ammonia' type smell on the floor.
