**Job Title: Maintenance Lead** **Job Description** This role involves working in a highly automated plant with complex electrical controls used to integrate automated systems. The candidate will be working on up to 600V electrical circuits, low voltage machinery controls, photocells, VFD motor controls, and potentially some fabrication and plumbing projects. This is a working lead position where the candidate will train maintenance technicians, implement and edit PM schedules, organize the parts room and system, and provide structure to the team overall. **Responsibilities** + Work on up to 600V electrical circuits and low voltage machinery controls. + Handle photocells, VFD motor controls, and potentially some fabrication and plumbing projects. + Train maintenance technicians. + Implement and edit PM schedules. + Organize the parts room and system. + Provide overall structure to the maintenance team. **Essential Skills** + Experience with electrical systems (3 phase, 480 volt+). + PLC troubleshooting and minor program editing. + Knowledge of conveyor systems. + Strong understanding of mechanical systems. + Experience with industrial maintenance, pumps, presses, electrical, PLC, conveyors, troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, repair, pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company and team with excellent compensation. The work environment is a laundry facility, which involves handling both clean and dirty laundry. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
