**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and manage a team of two technicians. The ideal candidate will monitor and maintain proper parts inventory, adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule, and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained. The role requires hands-on maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts, equipment, or machinery, as well as cutting and welding materials for repairs and new fabrications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage a team of two technicians.
+ Monitor and maintain proper parts inventory.
+ Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule with proper documentation.
+ Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
+ Cut and weld materials to repair broken parts, fabricate new parts, or assemble new equipment.
+ Document repairs and maintenance performed.
+ Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment.
+ Read and interpret manufacturers' manuals to determine the correct installation or operation of machinery.
+ Follow all plant and OSHA procedures, performing all duties safely and in accordance with work and safety rules and established industry practices.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
+ Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
+ Ability to oversee and manage a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with electrical systems (not expert level).
+ Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
+ First shift role (7am - 3pm), with overtime available if proven necessary.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a production environment, specifically a printing shop. You will work near moving mechanical parts and occasionally at high elevations. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 7am to 3pm, with overtime available as needed. **Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $76960.00/yr.
