Maintenance Lead (EBV)\n

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. \n

Essential Functions & Requirements: \n\nPerforms preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.\nFollows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness.\nPerforms equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance.\nTroubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.\nLogs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system.\nFollows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards.\nPerforms manual tasks according to established procedures.\nRequires full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.\nCompletes a variety of atypical assignments.\nWorks within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.\nWorks with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.\nActs as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.\n\n

Education:\n\nVocational\/Technical Training Degree. (required)\nIn lieu of, have combination of relevant education &\/or experience. (required)\nAssociate's Degree. (preferred)\n\n
