Placement Type: Direct Hire!Full Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, retirement, profit sharing, seasonal bonuses, 3 weeks of PTODuties & Qualifications:Oversee a production line & 12-15 maintenance technicians in a food manufacturing environment.Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause failure analysis (RCFA), preventative maintenance optimization (PMO), and total productive maintenance (TPM).Minor electrical maintenance and some mechanical and pneumatic issues.Troubleshoot and check inputs/outputs of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCsImplement PM and CM schedulesTroubleshoot and repair VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, and contactorsRewire and troubleshoot single and three phase motors up to 480vRepair gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc.Ability to fabricate and make new or repair components using machining or weldingExperience operating overhead cranes and forkliftsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
