Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, you will direct the plant maintenance department responsible, overseeing those that coordinate the maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. You will strive to eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life of equipment. You will lead the lean activities for the department and educate and align your team to the strategies of the company. You will monitor the maintenance budget and realign. You will be an advocate for safety within the plant and include it within your strategy. You will lead a team of leaders and staff to ensure plant objectives are met and partner with other plant leaders to collaboratively meet goals. You will report to the Plant Manager and have at minimum 5 years related experience. You will manage the maintenance the Denver and Aurora, Colorado facilities.

You Will:

Responsible for plant maintenance including facilities, utilities and operations to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies. This position will have direct responsibility for the Maintenance team and their performance.Promote safety throughout the entire organization.Utilize maintenance metrics to create visibility and alignment.Lead, manage and direct all activities for ConAgra Performance System Planned Maintenance Pillar.Prepare and operate within established maintenance operating budget and monitor departmental expenditures.Assist with planning and cost estimates for annual and longer-term capital budgets.Be acquainted with local/state/federal environmental regulations and ensure compliance with all operational permits. Directs all aspects of building operations including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.Establish criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors.Supervise the completion of work through review of reports, frequent site inspections and conferences with operations and vendors regarding electrical & plumbing equipment, HVAC systems, electric motors, ventilating fans, air conditioning and electrical control units.Investigate the condition of buildings, equipment and grounds, and recommend improvements in the facilities to ensure that needs are met.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field preferred.Minimum five years’ experience.Must be computer literate; experienced in using computer software applications such as CAD, Microsoft Excel, SAP (or equivalent technology), Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management, etc.Must have complete understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment.Broad knowledge & experience in project management & facilities administration with demonstrated ability to manage projects and personnel.Comprehensive information on construction processes, trade practices, standards, building codes & regulations.Excellent administrative and follow up skills to achieve successful maintenance and repair programs.Ability to lead teams and achieve results through resources.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $96,000.00 - $131,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
