The Job: Our Maintenance Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Performing general maintenance of HVAC
+ Electrical
+ Plumbing
+ Carpentry,
+ Drywall,
+ Appliances,
+ Exterior structure,
+ Swimming pools
+ Directing and supervising maintenance staff
+ Purchasing materials
+ Budgeting
+ Snow removal
+ Customer service
+ Promotes quality living for all residents.
+ Direct and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, delegating work, and monitoring workflow.
+ Train and coach maintenance technicians. Good attendance is a must.
The Details: Our Maintenance Managers should have:
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ CPO, EPA preferred but not required.
+ HVAC certification.
+ Bilingual
+ 2-3 years of service manager experience.
+ Basic tools of the trade
+ Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
+ Candidates would have to be on call sometimes and possibly work Saturday or Sunday.
Work Schedule - Mon - Fri | 8 am - 5 pm
